It is easy to understand that how it is a difficult time when a marriage or civil partnership breaks down and most people need help and appropriate guidance at this situation. We can help you to resolve your family dispute by reconciliation with your partner if this is possible. If it is appropriate to issue a divorce petition we can do this under a fixed fee scheme. Fixed cost can only be applicable on the bases that the divorce is not defended and both parties are willing to cooperate and not to defend the divorce process.

Fixed Fee:

If we act for Petitioner/ Applicant: £500 Plus Court Fees
To act for Respondent: £250

The petitioner can pay in two instalment of £250. First at the start and the second when we apply for Decree Nisi. However if you instruct us as a respondent £250 this is payable in full at the start. Please note if at any stage the case fall outside of the fixed cost regime then we will negotiate for the cost on the case by case basis. The fixed cost arrangements do not cover financial and other aspects such children custody/contact as a result of divorce.

If we assess that your case does not come under the fixed cost regime then the cost is based on the amount of time we spend on your case.
